These terms cover your use of Zyperax, including its website, game universes and optional purchases. The service provider and contact details are listed in our imprint.
Your account
Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure and tell support if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for your own actions on the service, but not automatically liable for every unauthorised action taken through your account.
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and make a purchase. Where parental or guardian authorisation is required, obtain it before using the relevant service. [CONFIRM: the game's minimum age and the age-verification or parental-authorisation arrangements before publication.]
Fair play and community conduct
Follow the published rules for your universe. Do not exploit bugs, bypass security, automate gameplay in breach of those rules, manipulate payments or interfere with other players' access. Report vulnerabilities privately to support rather than using them for an advantage.
Do not harass or threaten other players, disclose another person's private information, or upload unlawful material. You retain your rights in material you submit and give us permission to store and display it only as needed to operate the features you use, handle reports and meet legal obligations.
Universes, seasons and game changes
Zyperax is an evolving strategy game. Features, balance and availability can change. Some universes or seasons may have a scheduled end or reset; their published rules explain how rankings, rewards and progress are handled. Read those rules before purchasing benefits intended for a particular universe or season.
We will communicate material changes that affect paid benefits and provide any notice, remedies or cancellation rights required by law. These terms do not grant us an unrestricted right to remove purchased benefits without a remedy.
Purchases and virtual currency
Optional purchases are described at checkout, including their price, duration and intended destination where relevant. Only the payment methods actually offered at checkout are available. A payment attempt is not proof that an order has been paid or delivered; your order status records its progress.
Virtual currency and game items provide benefits within Zyperax. They are not a bank deposit or a promise of investment returns. They cannot be redeemed for money or traded outside authorised game features, except where a refund or other legal remedy applies.
Our refunds and withdrawal policy explains the proposed 14-day guarantee for entirely unused purchased currency and your separate statutory rights. Optional analytics consent is never a condition of buying or playing.
Access restrictions and account closure
We may take proportionate action against rule violations, fraud or security threats, including temporary restrictions. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and let you contact support to challenge a decision. Urgent protective action may be necessary before notice is possible.
You can contact support about closing your account. Closure does not automatically remove records we must retain for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. Any entitlement to a refund is assessed separately under the refund policy and applicable law.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance and technical incidents can interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but this does not limit mandatory rights concerning the quality or supply of paid digital content and services.

Privacy, changes and disputes
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. We will give appropriate notice of material changes to these terms; changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
