Fair play at Zyperax
Zyperax is a game you win by playing it well. These are the rules, what happens when someone breaks them, and every sanction we gave in the last 90 days, so you can see that we enforce them.
You play one account per universe. A second account that you control, even one you only use to send yourself resources, is not allowed. Two players on the same network are fine if each plays honestly and you tell support first.
Sanction: Every linked account is banned. A repeat offence is a permanent ban in every universe.
You play with your own hands. Programs, scripts, macros and browser extensions that send fleets, build or collect for you are not allowed. Tools that only show information the game already gives you are fine.
Sanction: The account is banned, and the gains made by the script are removed. A repeat offence is a permanent ban.
An account belongs to one person. Do not give your password to someone else, do not let two people play one account, and do not sell or lend your account.
Sanction: The account is locked until its owner proves who they are, and banned if it happens again.
Moving resources or fleets to another player for no fair return, so that one account grows at the cost of another, is pushing. Normal trades at fair rates and gifts between alliance members that follow the market rules are fine.
Sanction: The transfers are reversed. Both players are banned for a repeat offence.
If you find a bug, report it to support. Using it for an advantage, or telling others how to, is not allowed. We thank players who report bugs and may reward them.
Sanction: The advantage is removed. Serious or repeated abuse is a ban.
No insults, threats, hate, spam or unwanted pressure in messages, chat, alliance text or player names. Hard play is welcome; targeting a person is not.
Sanction: A warning, then a mute, then a ban. Threats and hate are banned at once.
Do not buy or sell accounts, resources, fleets or in-game items for real money or anything of real value outside the official store. Do not use outside payments to settle in-game deals.
Sanction: Every account involved is banned and the items are removed.
Every ban in every universe in the last 90 days. We show the reason, the universe and the day. We never show names or account numbers.
No sanctions in the last 90 days, or the log cannot be read right now.
The log is refreshed every 10 minutes. A universe that cannot be reached at the moment is left out.
